Forster Salatgarten AG (CH) Reference project

In 2016 Ammerlaan Construction realised a 1,5 hectare fully automatic leafy greens greenhouse for Forster Salatgarten in Switzerland. Forster Salatgarten grows leafy greens on hydroponics with a mobil gutter system. The company grows around 2.4 million lettuce plants each year in a very sustainable way. The company is also heated with the residual heat from an adjacent factory. In the video below, the advantages of the system and the construction process are beautifully displayed.
