Gemüsebau Hofmann (DE) Reference project

The family business Gemüsebau Hofmann is now in the hands of the 4th generation. The vegetables are mainly grown in full soil and partly in greenhouses by Maurice Kassenbouw. In Fürth, a brand new 3 hectare greenhouse has been built for the cultivation of leafy vegetables on water with the most modern sustainable cultivation techniques.
